Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Translator to join our team. The Translator will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of languages, and the ability to think quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and translate oral communication from one language to another, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
Act as a liaison between individuals who speak different languages to facilitate communication.
Translate written material into oral language when necessary.
Research industry-specific terminology and stay up-to-date with language trends and changes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure translated material meets project specifications and requirements.
Meet project deadlines and manage workload effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field.
Proven experience as a translator, with a portfolio of previous work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both Indonesian and Mandarin/Putonghua.
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to think quickly and accurately.
Familiarity with translation software and tools.
