DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

We are seeking an experienced Trainer Desk Collection to join our team. As a Trainer Desk Collection, you will be responsible for training and coaching our collection agents to ensure that they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service. Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing training programs and materials for collection agents
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops for new and existing collection agents
  • Providing coaching and feedback to collection agents to improve their performance
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest collection practices and regulations
  • Providing support to collection agents when needed
  • Creating and maintaining training records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of collection practices and regulations
  • Excellent coaching and training skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in training and coaching collection agents to meet their targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Familiarity with relevant technology and tools used in the collection industry
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs of collection agents
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs and materials
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
