Team and Role Introduction :

To support the HUB Manager by monitoring and coordinating the staff on the ground, with the implementation and execution of the operational activities and strategy in the HUB which he/she is assigned to.

Job Responsibilities :

  • To assist and support the HUB Manager in running the day to day activities in HUB, according to the strategy and directions of management.
  • To support the HUB Manager by enforcing the compliance on process and SOP.
  • To execute the operations and give necessary feedback in terms of the implementation of strategy and its results.
  • Supervise, and give necessary feedback to the team in daily basis in terms of HUB’s performance.
  • To support the HUB Manager in terms of regular and ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Improve the capability of each work units in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
  • To ensure swift flow of information from the management to the ground level and vice versa, including ground or field incident.
  • To assist the HUB Manager in promoting the culture of compliance, ethics, and safety in the HUB’s environment.
  • To take ownership of the HUB in absence of HUB Manager.
  • Making plan for rostering IC’s based on forecast volume to maintain IC’s productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance end to end activity done by Ops. Associate, dispatcher, CPC, Leader and courier, also do some action/coaching to them when needed (e.g. bad attitude, delivery performance, fraud, safety and discipline).
  • Run thru investigation if there is a complaint or problems shipments delivery.
  • Following up customer complaint ticket to related parties and bridging communication between

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (all majors)
  • Ability to learn & follow instructions
  • Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, power point and etc.
  • Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and customer service skills
  • Organizational efficiency with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
  • Hold Bachelor / Diploma degree
