- Minimum 4 – 5 year of experience as Sous Chef in restaurant western / asian cuisine.

- Strong Communication skill is a must.
- Strong and strict in implementing SOP Operasional.
- Responsible for understanding costing, waste management, handling complain ,training & development, etc
