DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Site business strategy and policy, develop, recommend and coordinate strategy implementation.
- Monitor the implementation of Site customer services programs, follow up on all critical customer requests and/or complaints, recommend solutions for handling customer’s requests/complaints.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of SHE programs and procedures, develop and coordinate SHE programs needed based on SHE activity evaluation to promote the awareness of SHE.
- Identify manpower needs for certain period based on business strategy, evaluate subordinate development needs, propose subordinates development program based on competencies gap; conduct coaching and counseling to subordinate (against KPI); evaluate report from direct subordinate.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in operation project.
- Having experience in fabrication / heavy equipment industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management Systems and Documentation Control.
- Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill in English and Bahasa, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
- Strong commitment to Safety, Health, and Environment.
- Willing to be placed in Muara Enim.
