1. Plan, Direct & Supervise CS Operation,
2. Ensure Achievement of CS Targets,
3. Create In Store Salsa & Marketing Initiatives,
4. Ensure Standard of Quality, Service & Cleanliness,
5. Ensure Customer Satisfaction,
6. Responsible for CS Reports
7. Responsible for Operational Expense and Cost,
8. Responsible for Developing Quality of CS.
Job Qualification :
1. Minimum 1 years of experience as Supervisor Customer Service,
2. Have Excellent Communicatoon skills to Customer
3. Operational Understanding of klien Service regulation and safety standards.
4. Have understanding about Service, Concept & Implementation.
5. Experienced in a senior customer-service role
6. Strong attention to detail and a knack for process improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Strong understanding of customer service best practices and standards
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
