DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Ø Showrooms & Exhibitions
- Conceptualize designs, space planning, detail design and handle projects independently from inception through completion in accordance to KOHLER standards.
- Generate perspectives, material selection & specifications, presentation materials, brief taking and assist in managing all aspect of design development and site implementation.
- Provide accurate site analysis and regular project updates to relevant teams during the course of site implementation.
- Manage & coordinate project team (both internal and external parties) during site implementation to deliver the project on time. To work with Supervisor in driving contract and tender management
- Support business development though market and design research so that our product display methods are always up to date and relevant to our end customers’ needs.
- Attend product training and work with relevant teams to understand product features, POPs and technical specifications to ensure correct and accurate installation of products.
Ø Design Management
· Work with Supervisor to create, implement and maintain design standards library, materials and sample library for Indonesia. Capture design trends and movements in the Asia Pacific region and specifically Indonesia.
· Visit and check existing showrooms in Indonesia to ensure a high level of maintenance are in place and meet KOHLER showroom standards. Make recommendations on areas of improvement and work with Distributors to execute the improvements.
· Create project and work forecast to Supervisor to ensure proper project management and execution to achieve quality results.
· Provide occasional support for large-scale projects in the Asia Pacific region.
· Occasional business travels in the region for training and exposure purposes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Ø 3 to 4 years design experience in the merchandising industry (preferably high-end furniture). Preferably specializing in Interior Design, Showroom Design and, or Exhibition Design.
Ø Independent and possesses a positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Objective and results oriented plus having a good insight of latest design trends and strong market analytical skills.
Ø Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
Ø Strong at Auto CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Powerpoint and other software relating to interior design and administration.
- 3d studio max ( Autodesk ) – good level
- Sketch-up ( Google ) – proficient level
- Autocad ( Autodesk ) – proficient level
- Photoshop – good level
