DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

A Sale (marketing) Executive drives profit and promote products and services through coordinated Sales & marketing campaigns and strategies.In this role, you will undertake Sales projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional projects that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the companies and customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

As a Sales & marketing executive, you’ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea, which includes:

Planning
Presenting to internal and external parties
Lead sales pitch to clients
Organize and oversee projects
Lead communication campaigns across all our platforms
Product development
Monitoring
Client / customer management
Research

Responsibilities:

Create awareness for the company
Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships
Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
Work closely with in-house creative team or external creative agencies to design marketing materials for promotional, proposal and advertising purposes
Prepare proposal pitches for clients
Write and proofread marketing copy for campaigns and projects
Produce creative content, including videos, social media and blog posts
Run social media channels
Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
Source and secure sponsorships and collaboration that will benefit the company
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
Maintain and update customer database
Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

With experience in Titans Tech, you’ll need to:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
Approach clients and lead projects, manage both external and internal communications, progress and results accordingly
Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
Monitor and report on market and competitor activity
lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Indonesian (both in verbal and written)
Minimum 3 years of experience
Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with social media and web analytics is a bonus
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline is a bonus
