Job Description
Responsible in achieving sales and collection target set by company for product such as TV, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, AC, other electronics product Core Responsibilities
- Report Sales Forecast
- Price comparison and Competitor Activity Report
- Daily Monitoring Repair Good by Dealer Proposed
- Dealer Visit to make Sales & Collection
- Daily Salesman Program Report
- Monitoring Sales Promoter Activity (Sell out Report)
- Prepare Price List & Package Program by each Dealer
- New Account Dealer Proposed
- Monitoring & Proposed Both Display & Shop sign dealer
- Check replacement stock dealer, sales e-planning by system, stock in warehouse & e-log system, CN and FOC, bad stock in dealer to propose replacement stock, display at dealer
- Recapitulation sales yearly
Competencies Required
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
- Minimum 2 years of experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Flexible and open to changes, multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
- Persuasive, communicative and innovative
- Target oriented
- Willing to travel
- Fully Vaccinated Covid-19

- Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
