DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Monitor and evaluate SHE policy implementation, identify environment and working safety issues and the possibility of incident due to these issue; and adjust the program based on identification result.
- Analyze SHE issues, plan and setup annual SHE programs; and coordinate the program with each department.
- Setup investigation team according to the type of incidents happened, lead the team (according to his/her authority), identify root problems and prepare the solution to solve the problems.
- Plan and evaluate the implementation of manpower development, identify and recommend subordinate development (skill and working attitude) in his/her unit according the competency.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bacelor Degree in Environmental Engineering and Public Health.
- Having experience in Conveyor Belt / Mining Industry.
- General K3 certificate (will be prioritized).
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skill and pro-active.
- Willing to be placed in Gresik.
