DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities :
- To build a relationship with partnership (Bank Mega )
- To develop those relationships such that he is trusted for his knowledge, commitment, honesty and willingness to support and develop business.
- To manage Insurance Specialist (IS), monitoring activities and ensure code of conduct are being uphold in every activities.
- To support bridging between IS in branches and all division in supporting the new business or existing transaction
- Conduct socialization and product training to Bank Mega
- Conducting and accompanying visits to Bank Mega customers
- Provide an explanation of bancassurance products and company profile to Bank Mega customers
- As a party that communicates company policy to Bank Mega in accordance with applicable provisions
- Understands sales goals and provide assistance in establishing business plan. Owns and coordinates efforts in order to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives. Re-assesses objectives and obstacles with sales team as necessary. Achieves annual sales targets and objectives
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience In the field of Marketing / Sales Insurance / Banking Industry / Consultant / Bancassurance.
- Have experience in selling financial services or investment products
- Experienced in team / as team leader
- Willing to be mobile
- Branch manager , team leader or senior relationship manager from the bank
- AM/Regional Manager from Insurance Company
- Able to recruit new Insurance Specialist
- Domicile in Semarang, Jawa Tengah is a must
