SITE MANAGER KONSTRUKSI
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
Site Management
- Mengatur penempatan dan tugas pekerja harian (Mandor, Tukang, dan Kenek) dilapangan secara efektif dan efisien.
Koordinasi Sub-Kontraktor
- Mengatur pekerjaan dan mengecek hasil pekerjaan sub-kontraktor dilapangan, memastikan sesuai dengan perencanaan.
Supervisi Proyek
- Memastikan implementasi konstruksi dilapangan sesuai dengan perencanaan (Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, DED, etc)
PERSYARATAN :
Pengalaman Kerja
- Minimal 2-3 tahun pada posisi yang sama (wajib)
Pendidikan Minimal
- SMK Teknik Bangunan/Teknik Gambar Bangunan/sejenis, Sarjana 1 Teknik Sipil lebih diutamakan
Dapat mengoperasikan software Arsitektur dan Teknik Sipil
- Autocad, Sketch Up, BIM Viewer, dll
Mampu menerjemahkan dan membaca Gambar Teknik
Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi
