Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful management and completion of all translation projects. You will have the chance to work on various projects of different sizes while adhering to our company’s standard operating procedures
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to confirm project scope, address any special instructions, and gather additional information if required.
- Prepare accurate quotations and efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet our timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects in collaboration with various departments and contractors, fostering excellent relationships for seamless project completion.
- Proactively communicate any issues, problems, or concerns that may arise.
- Report directly to the Senior Manager for Operations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in translation companies will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Information Systems, Communications, Medical Sciences, Translations, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- A minimum TOEFL score of 550 or TOEIC score of 800 will be highly considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other cloud software, such as online storage.
- Self-motivated and positive mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Responsible and committed to maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-disciplined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and celebrate success.
- All work conducted in English.
