Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with GPA > 3.00
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing of Building Material Processes
- Have a good knowledge of ALC, Mortar, and Concrete
- Proficient in English
- Have a willingness to improve the way of work and help other
- Have a Customer-Centric Mindset
- Willing to be placed at Karawang Plant
Responsibility:
- To supervise production operation and quality of the product
- Analyze abnormality of quality & production
- Collaborate with PPIC, Maintenance, and Store to reach the production target
- Follow up the action plan
