DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Support and process company documents, especially those related to the employee management system databases and make sure the accuracy.
Job Description :
- Calculate, maintain, and report compensation and benefit process (include but not not limited to: overtime, employee payroll, outpatient and inpatient, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, increment salary, THR, insurance)
- Calculate and report of taxes related to employees
- Updating employee data
- Administrative task in promotion, rotation/transfer employee
- Manage all HR Administration
Requirements :
- Age maximum 28 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree of Psychology, Management, Educational English, or equivalent.
- Good reporting skills (excellent working with Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point
- Knowledgeable about Payroll Process, HR Admin Process
- Strong interpersonal, flexible, highly motivated person, good communication skills and Public Speaking
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English ( will be used for communicate)
- Placement in Cisarua Bogor
