DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Descriptions:
- To support devices at Datacentre’s and at Customer premises.
- Checking on the alert Emails, work on the Incidents and changes, monitoring, firewall rules implementation, configurations, and support under Managed Services.
- Incident, change management and supporting both internal and external projects where requires racking / stacking of devices and structured cabling.
- Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment.
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
- Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.
- Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
- Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing internal and external projects.
- Upgrade data network equipment the latest stable firmware releases.
- Liaise with the project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers.
- Speak to customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture and experience in working in the datacentre environments.
- Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining documenting and enforcing system standards.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
Requirements:
- Must be able speak & write in English.
- Having CCNA/CCNP Certification is preferable.
- Experience–hands on racking, stacking, structured cabling, setup from scratch, managing configuring NW devices. (Switches/Routers/Load Balancers/Firewall).
- Familiar with any cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Advantage if have hands on Systems and Virtualization.
- Experience on Windows / Linux.
