DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description
- Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
- Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
- Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
- Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
- Confucius Institute Headquarters Chinese Proficiency Test Level 5 (HSK) Certificate.
- Required language(s): Chinese Mandarin (Spoken and Writen).
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
NOTE: This job is required to work in a shift schedule. Only “Serious” applicant who is willing to relocate to “MAKATI, PHILIPPINES” and willing to work under online entertainment industry is recommended to apply.
