DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibility:
- Provides general facilities administration support in various administration functions which may include responding to calls for facility repair, the purchase of office supplies including stationery, business cards, name plates, handling special mail requests, printing services, petty cash account and facility security functions.
- May assist with fixed asset inventories.
- Coordinates with other departments on requirements and/or dealings with general premises/facilities queries.
- Carries out basic clerical duties such as copying data, compiling records, filing, posting and other incidental clerical duties.
- The other related job.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in general administration
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in general administration or equivalent.
- Must be excellent in English (spoken and written), understand Mandarin will be advantage
- Able to work independently and without close supervision
- Able to work well as part of the team
- Must have a positive attitude and initiative
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Highly motivated, proactive, problem solver, self-starter
