DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description :
- Make price analysis and update to vendor & supplier.
- Make a breakdown of the materials needed.
- Calculate the costs of producing and developing every item of project.
- Create, Evaluate and produce Bill of Materials.
- Follow the procedure and develop processes to ensure the costs are accurate and that errors have not, and will not be made.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Good Communications English, Spoken and Written
- Experience in drafting cost budgets and tenders
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Container Modification.
- Experienced with AutoCAD, Sketchup and Ms. Office.
- Have deep understanding of industry processes, materials, Interior fit out and furniture.
- Analytical Skills, Fast Learner and detail oriented.
- Willing to work on a tight schedule.
- Prefer Have Experience on Container Environment
- Familiar with container parts
