Main Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, generating a demand for the company products that can be measured through click rate, web traffic, conversion and other digital metrics.
  • Develop understanding of the online customer journey and utilizing the knowledge gained to effectively influence customers at each stage.
  • Grow brand awareness through digital marketing activity to target key groups.
  • Create a rolling marketing plan aligned with brand identity, marketing calendar, product launch, seasonal windows and campaigns.
  • Manage and develop the company website including web design, home page, category landing pages, product pages, information and customer support. Aim to continuously improve in design, SEO, navigation and user experience.
  • Lead digital projects that improve customer experience and conversion product tours, compare tools, app development.
  • Lead the digital presence
  • Managing the advertising platforms as well as the content engine.
  • Identify key digital influencers to work with to support the overall brand communication strategy – be the key liaison with ambassadors, influencers and affiliates.
  • Responsible for the digital marketing budget, supporting the Brand Marketing team in ensuring advertising and promotional spend is spent effectively.
  • Use data analytics for decision-making and reporting of key digital metrics traffic, bounce rate, dwell time/page views, customer demographics, customer behavior and Return on Ad spend.
  • Drive digital marketing via new and exciting initiatives, activation’s and channels – always on programmed, rich content, data driven targeting and paid media channel optimization
  • Managing multiple websites and working with internal teams to optimize user experience.
  • Creating engaging online content to drive traffic, engagement, leads and data.
  • Designing, building and maintaining presence on social media.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI goals

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Degree in digital marketing or communications.
  • Experience at least 3 years working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager for FMCG brand.
  • Proven experience of consistently delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Sound understanding of SEO principles.
  • Proven experience delivering ROI, ROAS on PPC and Paid Ads.
  • Experienced in content management systems and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to accurately report on marketing campaigns.
  • A bright, energetic, results driven person.
  • Highly creative and analytical.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional planning and execution skills.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
