DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities
• Formulate data protection and confidential information policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UU PDP.
• Educate employees on data protection policies and guide their implementation.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments to identify and assess privacy risks associated with data processing activities.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on mitigating identified risks in the data protection area.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law, information technology, cybersecurity, or data protection.
• Having at least five years’ experience as a Data Protection Officer.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, UU PDP).
• Strong understanding of data protection principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess data protection risks.
• Must possess Privacy Professional certification (Asia/Europe) e.g., IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT).
• Broad knowledge of data protection principle-based frameworks
• Must willing to travel to field, verify and perform due diligence for data collection (farmer level) to data disclosure (client/customer level)
• Experience in multinational companies or international organizations would be advantageous.
