About the Position
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENTs impact.
- Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collect feedback and analyze the learners experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients training performance.
What you’ll need
- Experience with working in customer service;
- At Least 5 years experience in managerial level
- Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in any field;
- Must be methodical and organized, your relational ease, as well as your openness, are your assets to succeed in this position;
- Must have an accommodating and customer-centric attitude;
- Must demonstrate excellent oral communication skills;
- Must have excellent customer service skills and passionate about quality of service;
- Must be a multitasking person
