Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain performance team of Customer Service (E-commerce and Fintech)
- Reporting daily, weekly dan monthly performance of CS team
- Complaints resolution and escalation
- Analyze challenges in team and able to solve team’s problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Fluent in English (full set)
- At least 1 year work experience as CS Supervisor in e-commerce/ fintech industry
- Ever handle multiple channels (calls, chat, social media, email, and tier 2 CS)
