You will not accept orders for trips, you will not make cold calls to customers either. Clients, drivers and passengers, will reach out to you themselves: they will come to the office or will leave a request in our mobile app. Your task will be to maintain communication with them and help in difficult situations.

What you will do:
- communication with drivers, helping them with registration and current travel issues;
- resolving issues and claims of our passengers;
- work with violations of the rules of service;
- presenting our drivers and passengers with an offer of new conditions and promotions;
- participate in the implementation of advertising campaigns.
We are looking for an active and sociable colleague who is not afraid of non-standard situations, knows how to handle objections and complaints, sees themselves in working with people and in a small, calm team and is ready for multitasking.
Working schedule: 5 day working week, 09.00am-18.00pm;
