Position Summary / Job Purpose:

Commercial Excellence Manager supports the Country Commercial Teams to ensure effective roll out of existing programs and processes such as Sales and Distributor management (on-boarding, off-boarding, KPI tracking, funnel management, sales reporting, training, performance evaluation etc.) while also implementing new processes/tools and ensuring consistent and integrated data-reporting across various topics.


  • Act as the primary client contact during all phases of the contract from client demand signals to delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with and delivery of all contractual commitments.
  • Conduct contract specific Order Planning meetings.  Gain understanding of client needs and communicate these within the company and keep all appraised of progress and issues via Gantt charts, dashboards, etc.
  • Drive company resources to fulfill contractual requirements including supply chain, training, manufacturing, quality systems, etc., training
  • Monitor all clients supporting activity and provides regular updates within the company and with the client.
  • Oversees production on a daily basis with regard to key metrics in safety, delivery, cost and quality.
  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs
  • Coordinate and manage data analyses in order to drive actionable strategic plans and solid execution across all Business + Sales Territory Optimization and Set up
  • Commexx reporting on distributor sell-in/sell-out, inventory, updates, country dashboards, Insights meetings data reporting, SFDC reports and data integrity. Commex reporting on Sales funnel: Base, Tender, COVID + NPIs, ensuring to data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordination of CARe reporting and course correction recommendations
  • Consolidate distributor MBR reporting and track action points
  • Project management
  • Championship of SFDC adoption, utilization as a part of daily sales management:
  • Provide support on daily SFDC system usage by the commercial organization
  • Leverage data from SFDC to inform decision making regarding effectiveness of sales activities and campaigns and report back to management via Dashboards and KPI’s set by the Region
  • Maintain and keep customer database clean with all customer details including segmentation and targeting of Customer Accounts, Contacts
  • Work with sales leads to ensure that, call objective, post call notes are accurately recorded after each call, and on a timely manner
