DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Imatutu is looking for a Call Center Representative! This role is scheduled 40 hours per week (5 days working) on the night shift and is full-time benefits eligible. Shifts are 11pm – 7am.
The Call Center Representative job description is:
- Answer customer phone calls
- Place phone orders accurately into computer and by phone
- Monitor orders and relay information, pleasantly, to drivers and customers.
- Communicate clearly with a pleasant, helpful tone.
- Handle complaints with ease and see tasks through to completion.
- Handle customer calls and complaints in the best interest of the customer and the company
The ideal candidate for this role would be able to work independently, in team environment and work well under pressure. But we also want to make sure that work is more than just a four-letter word. While this opening is for night shift, the first 1-2 weeks of training will be on the day shift, 9am – 5pm.
Workplace: Denpasar, Bali
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
– Understanding of company services, and policies
– Proficiency with computers and typing skills
– Strong time management and decision-making skills
– Adaptability and accountability
– Fluency or able to understand English is mandatory
