Description
You will design solutions, ensuring effective capture of business requirements. With a deep understanding of various supplier solutions that support projects, you will also manage risk, benefits, and value, addressing identified risks and issues as necessary. You will help teams adopt quality and compliance standards, policies, and procedures, while supporting project assurance activities.
Collaborating closely with business clients to identify and assess opportunities is a key aspect. Your specialised expertise and adeptness in data-driven evaluations will enable you to make informed decisions even in the absence of complete information. Effective communication within the team is paramount. You will employ and adapt established templates and approaches to ensure process compliance in transactions.
Profile
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmaceutical or a Science field from a reputable institution
- 10-15 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the ethical pharmacy/medical device sector, mainly within multinational companies
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated career progression in the last decade, with advancement to more complex roles on multiple occasions
- Significant exposure to project management
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
