About Internship Program at Bobobox

✨ Working arrangement: Hybrid (2 days wfo + 3 days wfa) Bandung-based
✨ Period: 3 months
What will you do?
- Provide product training to Users.
- Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for the released SONATA product
- Track and report on released feature performance
- Respond to user queries, and provide clear and sufficient guidance to users.
- Identify issue trends for reporting to the product manager as insight to improve the product stability and quality

- Currently in the last semester or fresh graduate from communication, business administration, and hospitality background.
- Tech-savvy
- Good understanding of the documentation process
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
