DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities :
- Conduct training for personal trainers in all level.
- Work closely with PTTM to develop training program, training module and service standard according club needs.
- Documenting training attendance, examination and PT assessment report.
- With PTTM do club visit to observe PT Quality.
- Work closely with PTTM to build Learning management system.
- Work closely with PTTM to manage LMS module.
Requirements :
- Required skills: training delivery, develop training module, good presentation skills, and Microsoft office.
- At least 1 (one) year of working experience in as Personal Trainer.
- Applicants must be willing to travel within Surabaya and outside Surabaya.
- Applicants must be passionate and update in fitness.
- Innovative, creative, good organizational and time management.
- Good communication skill.
- Having good knowledge in fitness industry.
- Preferably have 1 Year experience on training field.
