DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Descriptions:
- Controlling, oversee & manage vessels certificate including renewal process & archival.
- Oversee, prepare report of Group’s utilities, simcard, vehicle and billboard tax, as well as the process of renewal & monitoring payment schedule.
- Responsible in controlling and managing organisation’s reference number on letter correspondences, claim & cash advance, as well as proper archival.
- Responsible for driver schedule on Company car usage.
- Responsible for staff travel air ticket and accommodation bookings as per Company Policy.
- Manage, control and maintain Corporate services reports in relation to contract or agreement, including process of renewal if neccessary.
- Responsible in scheduling and arranging Admin bi-weekly meeting.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or currently an Undergraduate.
- Preferably had experienced in similar work background or Law undergraduates but not a must.
- Must be able to communicate and write in English & converse well in Mandarin.
- Able to work well independently as well as in a Team.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Analytical, meticulous and willingness to learn and adapt to change.
